Temporary service interruptions including website inaccessibility, order failures, payment delays and suspended logistics tracking may occur during maintenance.

    2.2 We will notify scheduled maintenance in advance whenever possible and shall not be liable for indirect losses such as lost expected profits or business delays caused by temporary service suspension.

    2.3 In the event of unexpected force majeure including cyberattacks, server breakdowns and operator network failures, we will restore services as soon as possible and accept no liability for any indirect commercial losses.

    3. Compliance Risk Control & Account Disposal

    3.1 For anti-fraud, anti-money laundering and chargeback compliance purposes, we may restrict orders, freeze payments, lock accounts or suspend commission withdrawals for high-risk IPs, bulk orders, frequent cross-region logins, multiple accounts under one shipping address, and accounts with records of malicious disputes or chargebacks.

    3.2 You must submit valid identity documents, delivery proofs or transaction records for risk appeal within the specified period. Failure to provide materials will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all points, coupons and unsettled commissions.

    3.3 Severe violations including bulk registration, welfare arbitrage via malicious refunds, fraudulent after-sales claims and repeated chargebacks will lead to permanent account ban and blacklist reporting, and we reserve the right to claim civil compensation.

    4. Third-Party Link Disclaimer

    4.1 Our website may contain hyperlinks to independent third-party platforms such as social media, payment providers and logistics tracking sites, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

    4.2 All risks arising from your registration, transactions and data authorization on third-party websites shall be borne by yourself. We shall not be jointly liable for property losses caused by third-party data leakage, service failures or fraud.

    5. Language Validity

    5.1 All terms, policies and announcements are issued in both Chinese and English. In case of any interpretation discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail as the sole authoritative text.

    5.2 Official policy documents are only available in Chinese and English; customized or other language versions will not be provided.

    6. Severability Clause

    If any provision of these Special Matters or other platform rules is ruled invalid or unenforceable by judicial authorities, only that clause shall be invalidated, while all remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force.

    7. Waiver

    Our failure to enforce any breach of terms on one occasion shall not constitute a waiver of our right to pursue liability for subsequent identical violations, nor shall it waive any of our legal rights under published platform policies.
