1. Acceptance of Agreement

1.1 By registering, browsing, placing orders and using all services on BuyYouLike, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all special rules including payment, membership, after-sales, logistics, wholesale, dropshipping and affiliate policies.

1.2 If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not allowed to register an account or use any services of this website. Minors may only use the platform with the consent and supervision of their guardians.

1.3 We reserve the right to revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be announced via site notifications and your registered email. Your continued use of our services after announcement constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.

2. User Account Obligations

2.1 You must guarantee that your registration information is true, legal and valid. You shall properly keep your account password, email verification codes and other security credentials. All losses arising from information leakage, account rental or sharing shall be borne solely by you.

2.2 Any illegal or irregular behaviors including fake orders, fraud, infringement, money laundering, malicious chargebacks, bulk arbitrage of platform benefits and account resale are strictly prohibited. We may restrict your account functions, suspend your account permanently and forfeit all account benefits, and reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities.

2.3 One email address can only be bound to one account. Bulk registration to evade platform rules is forbidden. All data, credits, coupons and unsettled income will be permanently cleared and unrecoverable once your account is deleted.

3. Product, Price & Order Rules

3.1 We strive to ensure the authenticity of product images, specifications and descriptions. Minor visual differences caused by lighting or display color deviation shall not be regarded as product quality defects.

3.2 The displayed price only covers the product cost, excluding international shipping fees, import duties and payment processing charges. We may adjust product prices, promotions and preferential rules at any time without affecting confirmed paid orders.

3.3 You must complete payment within 24 hours after placing an order; unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. We reserve the right to cancel transactions and process full refunds due to insufficient inventory, pricing errors, risk control abnormalities or high-risk orders.

3.4 Your order submission forms a valid sales contract. Any order cancellation, return or exchange must comply strictly with our after-sales and payment policies.

4. Payment, Tax & Logistics Agreement

4.1 We support legal payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All transactions are settled in USD. Currency conversion fees are charged by your issuing bank and shall not be borne by our platform.

4.2 Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees levied by local customs shall be borne by the recipient. You must cooperate with customs declaration, identity verification and tax payment requirements.

4.3 Delivery time is only an estimated schedule. We shall not be liable for compensation for delivery delays caused by flight suspension, customs inspection, natural disasters, regional control and other force majeure events.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All website texts, images, trademarks, logos, product copies and page designs are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No copying, reprinting, modification or commercial distribution is permitted without our written authorization.

5.2 Wholesale, dropshipping and affiliate partners may only use authorized platform materials within the agreed scope. Unauthorized theft or modification of our intellectual property for illegal commercial activities is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Service Disclaimer

Payment gateways, logistics providers and social platforms are independent third-party partners with their own separate terms and privacy policies. We will only assist you in rights protection and shall not be jointly liable for losses caused by third-party service failure or data leakage.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Except for the compensation scope clearly stipulated in our after-sales policy, we shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of anticipated profits or commercial losses.

7.2 We shall not be liable for breach of contract if orders cannot be fulfilled, parcels are lost or accounts are restricted due to user fault, force majeure, government regulation or judicial seizure.

8. Supplementary Rules for Wholesale / Dropshipping / Affiliate Cooperation

8.1 All commercial cooperation must follow corresponding program rules. Oral agreements are invalid. Revenue sharing, credit terms and exclusive pricing shall only be governed by formal written cooperation contracts signed by both parties.

8.2 Partners must operate in legal compliance. We reserve the right to terminate cooperation, freeze unsettled commissions and claim compensation if you use our supply or promotion channels for illegal businesses.

9. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people’s court located at the platform’s registered address for litigation.
